Notes From the Perfumer, May 2011
People have been asking me for something light and clean and citrusy for quite some time now. I am more known for my exotic woodsy spicy scents but I decided to give it a try, and Dragonfly was born.
The opening notes are sunny, happy Italian Bergamot, Tangerine and Lime, (all well-known antidepressants), with hints of Coriander and Cardamom. Light and breezy, the fragrance dances around like its namesake before finally settling down into a sheer, subtle lingering musk blend, warm as your skin after a day at the beach. Great on both men and women , it will layer well with all the other House Blends, making it a versatile addition to ones fragrance wardrobe. This is probably the lightest scent I have ever created, and may need to be applied more than once a day but it's well worth it.
